Because it was really about Raven Drum and Rick Allen than anything.
My question is if the story was more about Raven Drum and Rick Allen , then
why was Phil interviewed a little ? As was some of the other members like Viv !
As far as I know Phil and Viv have nothing to do with Raven Drum !!

Well, they are part of Def Leppard and Def Leppard supports Raven Drum.

Viv did the talking. Phil was there too. None of the other members were. Viv was talking about what an inspiration Rick was to the band and to RD.

I'm soooo excited. Just found out that there's a video of "Animal" from the Download Festival on my cable's "On Demand" section. They also have Hysteria, Sugar, Rock of Ages and Promises from VH1 Storytellers. Very Happy When they start Rock of Ages, Joe forgets the words. His reaction is pretty funny!

Damn you stole my Thunder pjeuphoria..............when I saw that Saturday morning I thought I'd post..............and well now you beat me to it. But it was neat to watch the storytellers performances. Hopefully we'll get one of those classic concerts from awhile back, my friend has said she's seem them before on VH1 and it was shen they were young so I'm thinking early 80's era.

I was watching the Food Network the other day and there is a guy on there named Guy. He has a show on there called Diners, Drive Ins' and something. Anyway, he mentioned a Def Leppard song. Give ya hint. Food, and the song starts with a "P". Ok, that was 2 hints. Easy enough, right? Smile

I don't know if this has been on before, but VH1 Classics just had 100 Top Rock Songs and DL was #13 with Photograph. Phil and Viv were also commenting thru out the show. I haven't seen this version before, its apparently all new. If I remember correctly the last version had DL with PSSOM at #3. But it was fun to watch and it was great to see Phil and Viv involved.

Happy New Year!! Very Happy Very Happy

Not sure if the boys will show up in this or not, but I'm currently watching "Hard Day's Night" on VH1 Classic and they just promoted a show called "The Music Video Exposed" It's due to be aired Friday and the first video director to be profiled is none other than David Mallett.

Sadly, I won't have access to VH1-C this weekend, so hopefully someone will see it and inform the rest of us if our favorite band's videos show up!

Did anyone else catch the new vh1classic series last night, "Music Videos Exposed"? It takes a video director and does interviews with them and artists. It started with Joe and Sav talking with David Mallet about filming "Photograph". Also some AC/DC stuff. Interesting, esp. if you're from that 80's era when music videos were something new and sooo cool!

So what's the truth?
Why don't you tell me......

I DVR every episode of METAL MANIA and they usually feature at least one Def Leppard video. And I think it's a law that they show Dio's RAINBOW IN THE DARK every time but at least Viv is in it. Wink

And of course I DVRed that episode of Music Videos Exposed featuring David Mallet with Joe and Sav as shown here by Rock Goddess. Very Happy
