| The greatest album Def Leppard ever released, and one of my all time favorite albums. Hign N Dry (Saturday Night) and Bringin' On The Heartbreak are my 2 fav' off that one, but every track here is great. |
Def Gen, made of Def Leppard and Genesis, because they're my 2 favorite bands ever. |

For some reason, I always seem to enjoy the ones that score lowest on these polls - I like Got Me Runnin'....
I'm probably behind everyone else - sorry if that's the case - but I've just been enjoying the "vocal only" and "guitar only" versions of Bringin' On The Heartbreak on YouTube. The "guitar only" version of PSSOM is on there too. The guitars sound SO good on both.
God knows how the guy got hold of the isolated tracks but I'd love to hear more - especially from HnD and Hysteria. Surely the day will come when both the demands of music fans and the capabilities of technology will allow music to be delivered with splitable tracks. You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one...
Anyone else got access to any isolated DL tracks or know where more exist online...?
(Again, if this has been covered, please direct me to the thread as the search option isn't working for me at the moment.) |

It is a great album I agree with you....I remember my brother spinning that thing to death on the turn table. Which is what got me started on listening to DL.......Pyromania sealed the deal for me though. Photograph, ROA and Foolin.
I'd have to say though that my two favorite albums are Hysteria and SFTSL |

WOW - thanks for the Youtube info. Keep us posted. I didn't realize that stuff existed anywhere other than Joe's Garage/Attic/Cellar.
We Clarkies will go nuts since we'll have something 'new' to listen to now! I've always loved the guitars in BOTH, which is why it's my fav DL tune of all time. |

Oh, forgot to mention that Rock if Ages is there too in various forms - vocal only, without drums, remixed from master tapes - just listen to the hidden messages backmasked in the song! I think they're pretty much all courtesy of Defleppking, so perhaps look for his videos when on YouTube.
(Sorry, I know this is the HnD thread but this follows on from my earlier post relating to versions of BOTH.) |

I saw RATT live in concert this past Saturday night in the rain (great show) and the last song played before they took the stage was HIGH 'N' DRY (Saturday Night)!!! Either they have great taste in music or a great sense of humor. Yes I sang all the words along with a guy sitting near me at the top of my lungs. |

High N Dry is definately my favorite album by def lep. I just love the sound from their younger years. I love every song on the album. If I have to pick my favorite track it would be mirror mirror. But all the songs are awsome. |

| I voted "Bringin' On The Heartbreak". But this album is great. Way better than OTTN, the album, I think. I'm really up on "You Got Me Runnin' " right now. That's a classic Leppard song right there imo. |

What are the differences between the original b-side version of Me And My Wine and the remix version on the re-issued album? Is it worth getting both?
Also, is there much different between the Wasted and Hello America Nick Tauber produced versions and the ones that made it onto On Through The Night? |

For what it's worth ( ) the guys on THAT METAL SHOW think this is the best Def Leppard album ever. I must say that I actually agree with them this time. |
